Medical History
for iPad: -

The ability to
capture an electronic
version of a patients
medical history is not
new, but the ability to
do so without the use of
any paper is. Medical
History is an 'app'
specifically designed
for use on Apples iPad.
It not only captures the
patient information,
questions about their
medical history but also
captures the patients
signature and date
stamps the form
automatically on saving.
The form is saved as a
picture which can then
be inserted into the
patients record in the
exact same way as a
scanned medical history.
The app will work with
any practice management
software that will allow
images to be attached to
the patients file.
Document Sign

Document Sign
allows you to load any
document which has been
saved as a picture and
transferred to the iPad,
whether it is a
treatment consent form,
a letter, or any other
document you need to
sign and date.
Once you have loaded the
document, you move the
signature box and date
into the position you
need them, lock them in
place and sign. A simple
solution, but very
versatile.
Patient Notes
for iPad: -

Patient notes is
specifically designed
for dental practices to
offer improved
communication techniques
to patients. Quite often
dentists need a tool to
help them explain a
procedure or a problem
with a patients teeth.
Patient Notes does
exactly that, the
dentist can select a
tooth to view, or choose
the full mouth, then
selecting a colour and
pen width you can draw
on the image. There is
also a place to mark
down the patients code,
name and add in some
text notes. The whole
screen can then be saved
as you see it and
transferred back into
the patients file on any
dental software that
allows
attachments to
be made.
